Salary: $52,000 - $77,250/annually

HR Generalist Opportunity:

• The HR Generalist is responsible for an assigned segment of the organization’s HR responsibilities.
• Responsible for initial recruiting of candidates to include job advertising, pre-screening, and setting up interviews with hiring managers for top candidates.
• HR Generalist responsible for appropriate follow-up of each element of background and drug screenings within established time frames.
• Data entry of employee/contractor information into HR/Payroll system
• HR Generalist will assist in design of total compensation information and communication tools to enhance employee’s understanding.
• Conducts exit interviews and ensures appropriate notifications are made for employee separations.

HR Generalist Qualifications:

• Healthcare experience; Healthcare HR experience a plus.
• PHR or SHRM-CP Certification
